Just type in the journal field on the home screen. Write naturally — something like "Coffee and a muffin, $6.50" or "Filled up the car, about $80." Notyfi's AI will extract the amount, category, and merchant automatically.

Yes. Tap any entry in the log to open its detail view. From there you can edit the raw text, amount, category, merchant, date, and more. Changes are saved automatically when you close the sheet.

Tap the chart icon in the top bar to open the Money Plan sheet. You can set a monthly spending cap, a savings target, and per-category guides. Notyfi will show your real-time progress against each limit.

Open Settings (the cog icon in the top bar) and toggle on Daily reminder. You can choose the time and frequency that works best for you.

Tap the entry to open its detail view and edit the fields directly. If the entry shows a "Needs review" badge, that means Notyfi wasn't confident in its parsing — you can review and correct those from the Money Plan sheet under Attention → Needs review.

Tap the microphone icon next to the journal input. Speak your entry naturally and Notyfi will transcribe it. You can choose your preferred dictation language in Settings → Dictation language.

Yes. When you're signed in, your entries and settings are synced to secure cloud storage and available across reinstalls and devices. Make sure you're signed in with your Google account to keep your data backed up.

Open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in the App Store before deleting your account.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Notyfi, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
